RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Within 14 days of purchase, we accept returns or exchanges. 

Within 15-30 days of purchase, we accept exchanges or offer store credit.

After 30 days, we do not guarantee a return.  Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis by management. 

All jewelry must be in new and unworn condition.  

Custom, special orders, and sale merchandise are not returnable. 

Modified pieces such as engraved or resized are not returnable.

We highly recommend purchasing insurance and using a trackable shipping service.  Shipping times can vary widely, even when shipping locally.

We can provide a shipping label and insurance - which will be deducted from the refund or exchange value - if the piece is accepted for return.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
